What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, the property address where the work is to be done, and whatever you tell us about the system - when it was last pumped, what it is doing now, whether the lid has ever been located. For real estate inspections we also record the information the report requires, such as the parcel address and the requesting agent or lender.

Why we collect it

To schedule the truck, to quote the job, to write and deliver an inspection report, to invoice the work, and to keep a service history for the property so the next pump-out can be planned sensibly.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent customer information. It is shared only where the job requires it: with the Charlotte County health department and permitting offices for permitted work and for inspections that must be filed, with the disposal facility that receives the load, with our accountant, and with the party who requested and paid for an inspection report. Nothing else.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted within twelve months. Service and inspection records are kept for the period required by Florida record-keeping and tax rules, because a septic history is exactly what the next owner of the property ends up needing.

Cookies and measurement

This is a static informational website. It runs no advertising trackers of its own. When we advertise online, the advertising platform's standard measurement may record that a visit followed an advertisement; that information is aggregated and does not tell us who you are.

Your choices

Security

Customer and inspection records are kept in the company's own scheduling and invoicing systems, restricted to the office and the crew leads who need them.
